KulturWerk Schneeberg

The Maker Hub of the association "KulturWerk Schneeberg e. V." and its project partners offers space for traditional craftsmanship as well as modern technologies such as 3D printing and virtual reality. The Makerhub will be a driving force for innovation and social integration, a venue for exhibitions of student work from the Faculty of Applied Arts and an interface to the regional creative scene. The facility offers opportunities for networking between local general education schools, the local economy and the city's society - and all this in the center of the city, in a baroque shell and in the immediate vicinity of the future World Heritage Visitor Center.
